How To Buy Equipment

At Gill Farm Equipment, we sell equipment we own outright — some of it already on our lot, and much of it recently acquired through our repossession program. Whichever it is, you'll receive the same honest service, and the opportunity to inspect the equipment before purchase. Payment and delivery details vary slightly and are clearly explained on every listing.

How To Buy From Gill Farm Equipment

We sell two kinds of equipment: units already on our lot, and units recently acquired through our repossession program. Both are handled the same way up front — browse, ask questions, and talk to Adolf — and both let you see the equipment in person before you pay. How pickup and payment work at the end depends on which kind it is, and we spell that out on every listing.

01

Browse & Compare

Look through current inventory — photos, specs, pricing, hours, and condition details — or call Adolf directly if you're hunting for something specific we haven't listed yet.

02

Submit A Buy It Now Request

Found the unit you want? Submit the request form on the listing. This is not a payment and nothing is charged automatically — it just lets us know you're interested so we can follow up.

03

We Follow Up By Phone

Adolf or a member of our team calls or emails to answer questions and walk through condition, hours, and history.

04

Confirm The Details

We agree on price and terms together, out loud, before anything is put in writing. Nothing is sent to you to sign or pay until this conversation has actually happened.

05

Delivery Or Pickup

You inspect the equipment before making your final payment — how that's arranged depends on whether it's already on our lot or was recently acquired through repossession.

Come out to the farm and inspect the equipment in person—no pressure, no sales gimmicks, just an honest opportunity to see the machine for yourself. We're always happy to answer your questions and show you around. Visit us at 6184 East Greensburg Road, Franklin, IN 46131.

Repossessed Equipment

We take the risk out of buying equipment online. We coordinate delivery directly to your farm or business, giving you a full 30 days to inspect and evaluate the machine on your own property. If you're not completely satisfied, simply return it within the inspection period and receive a full refund under our 30-Day Buy Back Policy.

06

Arrange Payment

Once you've found the right equipment and you're ready to complete your purchase, we'll coordinate the payment process with you via bank wire transfer to our official business account. Every payment instruction is confirmed in advance by Adolf or a member of our team, either by phone or email, ensuring a secure transaction.
For equipment recently acquired through repossession, full payment (100%) is required before delivery so we can coordinate transportation to your location and activate your 30-day inspection period. Once the equipment has been delivered, you'll have a full 30 days to inspect, test, and operate it under your own working conditions. If, for any reason, the equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within the inspection period and receive a full refund in accordance with our 30-Day Buy Back Policy.

07

Returns Policy

Buy with confidence. Every machine is backed by our 30-Day Buy Back Policy, and our team remains available to assist you long after the sale.
